I recently purchased the MG5350 series printer and after setting it up it worked perfectly. A few days ago I was trying to print from my iPad and it said no printer is available. My desktop computer also said the same message: "THE PRINTER IS NOT CONNECTED."
I have looked through the settings and the printer says it is currently on the same network as our other devices, but still not printing. Please help!!
