Hello, I have a new MG3620 printer and it worked okay for a few days. Now when I try to print using the color (even if its black and white) the print comes out all distorted. If I click just use black, its better but not 100%. I have cleaned the heads according to the instructions and still getting the same thing. Can this be fixed? i don't print a lot but I do have to print some documents this week. Thank you
