Hi there - I recently updated my computer to use the MacOS Sonoma but now I'm receiving errors when attempting to download the drivers for the Pixma printer 7520. I'm guessing the two aren't compatible due to age of the printer vs. computer. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks so much!

Thanks for joining the conversation, hutch77!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. To date, Canon USA has put out two PIXMA printers with the number 7520 in their name, specifically the PIXMA MG7520 and the PIXMA TR7520. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks Danny for explaining.
yes this is a Pixma MG7520. I’m trying to load the driver to a MacBook Air 15” with M3 chip with operating system Sonoma.
when looking on the Canon site for drivers there isn’t one for that specific operating system but it recommended the OX, I believe. When trying to choose from several OX options, I received an error showing that it was unavailable to download.
My assumption is that this printer is too old for the new computer but I would LOVE to still be able to use it. Thoughts and suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance!
