PIXMA iX6820 A5 and custom paper sizes unavailable

I have installed the latest drivers; for a minute it has A5 as an option but then disappears. Is anyone able to help? There is no custom paper size option available either.

The custom sizes will change depending on what type of print you are doing, photo or document. Also borderless printing will change the options.

Hi Derrick, thanks for the reply. Just to give more context, even in printer prefs the option isn’t there. I print from illustrator / photoshop and when printing, I go in to printer dialogue ie the printer driver it’s self rather than the programmes own dialogue, there is no option

Maybe the driver package did not fully install? Are you missing something located here?
