I have a PIXMA MX922 printer. I have had it over a year. I am operating windows 10. The printer goes off line often, but usually goes back online on its own Today I have been getting "Printer offline" or "Printer error" all day. I am usually wireless setup. I have cut off printer, unplugged wi-fi, restarted and then cut printer back on.
I am very frustrated. One feedback on the message board says reset modem to no downtime between printer use. I see no way to do that on my modem.
HELP Please!
