I have a MG2100 printer/copier. won't print

My ink car. is full but the black will not print.  It did print something recently but it had a white line through some on the lines.  I have cleaned and deep cleaned several times, checked the nozzle and alighment but it won't print.  I have taken it out and put it back in.  Nothing.  Please help.
