My Canon MX410 refuses to scan any ideas?

Hello adorablebutchy! So that our community has a better understanding of your issue, which operating system are you using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac OS X 10.x)? Also, are you getting any error messages?

Stephen (Moderator) - I have a similar issue, I think. My ADF won't scan copies. It's been finicky - sometimes "yes", and sometimes "no".

Hello JST.
Does an error occur when the scan fails from the ADF? If so, document the error.
Also, clarify if you are attempting to perform ADF copies from the printer itself or if you are attempting to scan from the ADF and have the document saved to your computer.
