I can't get the paper to fit inside the tray of Pixma MG 5420

I am embarrassed because I never thought I would have a problem getting paper to fit inside of a tray. I can figure out how to put the 4 x 6 and the 5 x 7 but I can in no way figure out how to make the 8 x 10 work. It will not open up wide enough or long enough.

I finally found the second tray--my bad-blush! Now to figure out CD-- no instructions with this printer--thier bad!

Well now I have error code 5011, I am lost. I guess I will return it unless someone here has pity on me and tells me how to fix it. Being 82 yrs old does not make you very electronic savy.

To try and resolve the 5011 error, please turn the printer off and back on again.
