How to Restoring factory settings on the MG 6821 printer

Hi Davv777,

To reset your PIXMA MG6821, please follow these steps:

 1.  From the Home screen on your PIXMA MG6821, swipe the screen until to see Setup and select it.

 2.  Select Device Settings.

 3.  Select Reset settings.

 4.  Select Reset all.

Before I get to 4: :reset all". I got B203 error.   Is there any button I can press so that it will allow me to go thru the 4 steps?

I accidentially set my language to Chinese and now I can't read any of the settings. How do I get back to English? Or should I try to restore factory settings. Remember, all menu options are in Chinese, so I can't read them. But I can count down from the top of the menus, if you can direct me.
