I recently upgraded my HP Desktop from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional. My Canon i900d printer used to work just fine. Now it will not print at all. I downloaded the driver from Canon support - still no luck. Driver Agent report states that the computer is not connected. The printer turns on, the printer is visible on the computer control panel. The printer is set as the default printer. What are my options? Thanks for helping.

Hello.
If the drivers appear to be installed but you get no response from the unit, this may indicate that there is an issue with the printer itself.
