I hve a Canon MX922. It usually works fine, but every so often it refuses to print, saying, "There is no paper in,the cassette (upper)." I'm trying to print from the bottom cassette so that shouldn't be a problem, and usually isn't.
I'm on my Mac and know that at times I've had the option to select which cassette I want to use (auto, top or bottom) but now i have no idea where I saw that option. It's set to auto, but clearly that's not doing the trick right now. I've read that I should go to the printer driver but can't figure out where that is either. I've clicked on the printer icon, the scanner icon, the System Preferences icon ... I surf and surf and can't figure out how to reset this so it works again.
Please help.
