Hello! I already tried the usb cable to other printer and it's workng. When it comes to my printer, it's not detected by the computer. What should i do? It's always prompted the E 06 error.. Please help.... I formatted my computer and install the driver and i dont know if it's all installed because if i'm going to install the webPrint, i need to connect the printer to computer but since it's not detected. Help, help, help...
