Anyone know what's going on here? I've cleaned the printer head and run multiple cleanings plus a deep clean.

Two pictures:
One of a nozzle check pattern and one of a picture with horizontal banding.
Printed from a Canon printer (model) ???
Running on operating system: ???
With driver version ??? installed.
Is this new behavior? Did it ever work before?
Does it happen on every print, some but not others, etc?
Are you using OEM or 3rd party inks?
We'd like to try and help, but will need more information.
