Hi, After years of everything working, I did something wrong, and now my laptop doesn't seem to be able to find my MG 3620 printer. I've tried multiple things to no effect. Can anyone walk me through this? Thank you!

Thanks for joining the conversation, tom2323!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and whether your printer normally communicates with your laptop via Wi-Fi or via a USB cable. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Ah sure, sorry -- MacBook Air, Sequoia 15.1.1 -- in case it matters, I always use Safari. Wifi to communicate.

Hi, "The printer is not responding" -- can anyone advise me on how to address this? I've used this printer countless times for years, but somehow messed up something. Desperately need help on how to get printer to communicate with my laptop again, or help on how to start over...thanks so much.

I thought this was where I could ask a question (which I would guess would garner a solution from someone, as I think it's a simple problem which I'm just too inept to figure out the solution for)...
