If you are trying to reinstall the printer without the installation CD, you can download the drivers and software for the printer from the Canon USA website. So we can provide you with instruction applicable to your computer, please reply with what operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X).
If the printer is displaying an error, or if you are having another issue with the printer, please reply with a description of the error or issue and we will be happy to see how the issue can be resolved.
