G7020 Printing Extra Lines that are not supposed to be there.

Hello All - 
I am having some difficulty with my Canon G7020.
Per the attached pictures, it is printing extra lines that do not appear when I am looking at the item in either in normal view (inputting numbers into cells) and Print-Preview.

I also get the lines when I am using PowerPoint, anything graphical in Word, Excel.  I even have tried in on other laptops and get the same issue.  And, they appear sometimes horizontally or vertical.

I have done the nozzle cleanings and such.  

Is there something that I am missing?

have you solve your canon printer's problem?

my g7020 has exact the same problem - i got the machine for about 2 weeks. it worked fine till today -  printing rolls of extra lines exactly as you had.  It appears to be a common problem - at least for the two of us.  

Anybody has similar issues?  Anyone or cannon has suggestions to resolve the problem?  Otherwise, I have to return this sucker.
