I have literally just installed a G3270 all in one printer.
I followed the instructions and filled the tanks with the color ink provided. So the tanks are full, but the printer prints in shade of black color only.
When I print from a computer (Mac) I always make sure that the color printing is selected.
I pulled the top label on the cartridges before installing them.
Can anybody help? Has anybody experienced the same issue?

Couldn't figure out how to edit my earlier post, so replying to it instead :-). I read where some people replace the built-in ink absorber on their Canon G-series printers (requires a little disassembly but doesn't look bad). But I can't find any replacement absorbers for the G7020. I see them on amazon that say they fit a bunch of the other Canon G-series. But not the G7020. Anybody know of a source? Just knowing they exist would make me feel comfortable enough to open the G7020 box and keep it.

If you just installed it, then it's still under warranty. I'd call them
