Hi everybody.
I stopped using mi G3100 for a while for no reason (several months) and when I needed it again, I decided to refill its ink tanks (with original supplies). After that, the printer shows wobbled results in color inks, while the black remains normal. I made a print test with C, M, Y and K vertical lines, where K shows normal straight line and the rest of them are wavy. The cyan and magenta are opposite in odd print head passes, but aligned in even ones. The yellow lines are less affected than magenta ones but they are in its same direction.
I don't know what happened and I found nothing alike in months. Of course, I already tried with auto and manual alignments but nothing seems to work.
(I added horizontal lines on screen to show the aligned points)
Thanks in advance
Best
