I am using my MacBook Air (2024) in macOS Sequoia 15.5 to connect my current Canon E510 scanner.
All I got is the error pop-up window that says "Failed to open a connection to the device (-21345)". I tried looking up answers in this community post, but most of the posts are older, especially from 2020.
I hope someone here can assist with this issue at this time.
