Error code 5 157 69

Hello! My pronter has stopped working. I am getting an error code as listed above, with the very common, LAN not connected, etc. even though it is. I have a Pixma MX 722 and am running Windows 7. And I live in Canada, if that matters.

I also get this error code on my TR8550 scanner. So frustrating. I had only just resolved the previous error code and started scanning when this popped up. I already allowed the Canon IJScan app past my Firewall in response to the previous error. What else can I do? I have restarted printer and laptop, reinstalled Canon software.

Not sure this Canon product is very good to be honest. Won't be buying again.
