Error code 5,156,69 when attempt scanning function of MG3520

I can print, copy but not scan. This started when updated to new Dell running windows 11. I swap printer out with MG3620 and no issue. I put MG3520 on other PC running Windows 10 pro and have identical issue.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG3520 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
