My Canon MG 5420 was working fine until I purchased a new computer and router, now I get Error code 1403, Print Head Incorrect. I replaced my ink cartridges. Unplugged and plugged back up but I'm still gettingthe same message. I have no clue how to remove and replace the print head. Please help......
