Error Code 2800

My printer keeps showig Error Code 2800 "The feeder cover is open. Close cover and select 'OK' "

To begin with, the feeder cover IS NOT OPENED! I have tried EVRYTHING!!! to no avail.  I have turned off the printer as well as unplugged it!!! Please HELP!!!!

I don't now what else to do!!!

I know this post is old, in case someone like me is looking for a solution to this problem here is how I solved it, I watched tons of videos but none of them solved the problem. I watched a disassembly video (https://youtu.be/DSuL8FD_JNY?si=j81Uvp9hS_cB4X8M) and disassembled the printer and found tiny broken pieces inside, not sure where it came from or probably it got in while moving around the printers, the plastic pieces were very tiny and in black color, Before I put the printer back into one piece I just tested by re connecting the cables (I only removed the top scanner portions. It started working and the code 2800 error is gone!!!
