Hello,
I have MX925 with error code 1300 after every printing after the page finishes to print OK and the page is sent out the error 1300 is jumping and the printer Is stacked.
All I can do is pull the plug out to reset the printer till the next page printing and then the error pop up again 1300.
There is no jam paper in any place and all is clean.
Everything was good till yesterday and only today the problem start with the first printing after turning the printer on.
It first got error 1312 and after opening the rear, and resetting it (there was no paper there) is switch to error 1300.
Please advise what can be done?
