We recently purchased a new MX492 and I have run into a couple of issues that I can't seem to fix. I'm hoping someone here can help.
We have the printer connected to our wifi and we have set up three systems (my desktop, wife and son's laptops) via Access Point Mode.
- We can print from my wife's system fine but on the other two systems we always get a message saying another system is using the printer (even if we just printed and neither of the other systems is being used. To get the job to print we have to restart the Print Spooler service.
- On the same two systems that have the first problem, on every print job that is sent to the printer, a blank page is first spit out and then the document will print. This never happened with any of our other printers.
Any ideas?
