When using the copy function of my MG6320, the printed page will come out with a grey, boxy pattern all over, going from lighter-grey to darker-grey across the page like a gradient.
But this pattern does not appear when copying using the "high" quality setting.
Any suggestions as to the cause would be much appreciated. Having to copy each document on "high" is a massive slowdown, and I'd like to remove this time-block as soon as possible.

Hi Hammer3025,
Just a couple of quick questions for you. Is the paper type set to plain paper and quality set to standard or fast when this issue happens?
Also if you could reply with the information that is on your PGI Black ink cartridge( ink number, where it was made, etc).
We look forward to your reply.
