My new MX922 seemed to set up fine. It says its connected to my wifi (blue light lit). But I can't get my computer to find the printer? My computer does not have a place for CD so I intalled software from Canon website. Any idea how to get my computer to recognize the printer?
This is actually my second MX922 (I got the first one about 6 months ago but it has never printed correctly). I'm ready to throw them both out and get a new brand!!

mine is doing this also. I even tried using an old usb cable, but now the computer shuts down when trying to load the drivers. I have a new lenonvo with windows 10. this is the replacement printer I got under the warrenty. It;s one issue then another with this machine. I am not real tech savvy but why is this so hard?
