Already tried all the cleaning I can from the maintenance setting. Still same issue. Both color and black ink are sufficient. What could be the reason?

Hi sc_111,
Because you have already performed printhead cleanings and color still does not print correctly, it would appear that your color cartridge may be out of ink. Please replace the color ink cartridge of your PIXMA TS6420a.
Your TS6420a is compatible with the CL-261 and CL-261XL color ink cartridges.
