Canon ts3150

Hi all
Please can someone assist. I’ve just bought a Canon wireless TS3150 and I’m trying to connect this to my chrome laptop and having a nightmare. I’ve got the printer on my network but when I try to install the software via ij.start.com And insert my printer number it doesn’t let me download but brings up a screen saying connect printer to network and register printer with google cloud I print. I’ve gone through step 1 but when I try to register with google print it says printer isn’t registered. I’m in a bit of a pickle as I don’t know what else to do now. Any help is greatly appreciated
