Canon printer is not printing from either of my computers. Happened this weekend

Pixma MG6620 has stopped working. The status screen does not estimate remaining ink:just says error printer not responding. Worked yesterday morning: not now.  New ink all solid red, has paper, is on, WIFI light is on.

Hello.

 

The issue may be related to a network timeout due to lack of use.  Try turning the printer off and back on, then restart your computer to refresh the connection.
