I have a Canon Pixma 882 printer that has been working fine but all of a sudden doesn't seem to recognize the large black ink tank (PGBK). I have tried replacing the cartridge and cleaning. I don't get any kind of error message, it just doesn't seem to be putting out ink--everything that prints seems to be missing the black. I ran a print test after cleaning, and all the lines printed except that one. Where its test pattern was supposed to be on the top of the test print, it was just blank -- like it has stopped recognizing that ink tank.
Any clues about how to fix or if fixing is possible?
Thank you.
