I get this error message; "The following ink tank cannot be recognized 0043" How can I get rid of it so that I can use the screen to troubleshoot ? I tried changing cartridges with no help. The other problem is that the paper starts feeding at an angle causing a jam from both the back and cassette. Thanks for any help.
