A brand new Canon ix6850 , just printed 300 sheets, working well, but all of a sudden without even touch it, now the printed black ink is not aligned, but the colors are perfectly aligned. Already tried auto alignment, but nothing, then made manually but here the prints. The color with manual are very well aligned, the black is not at all. Could be a driver problem or is a physical (but the printer never had even been touched, so is weird) (a bad construction assembly?).

Thanks for joining the conversation, strad!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA iX6800 series. The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the upper left. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!
