Hello I machine Canon iR1024i.
I can not establish a network to network scan.
Fits on MFP ip address, install utilities iR ToolBox for a computer Win.7x64. run utilities, click scan and it gives me an error (A supported scanner is not installed. Please install a supported scanner, and then restart Toolbox.)
Prompt that I'm not so divide and how do I fix it.

Hello i need your help,my canon iR1024i has failed to print completely even after trying to reinstall the software but copy is ok,what could be the cause?
