Canon g620 Blue Lines not printing

SkyeKelrose
Contributor

I have a Canon G620 that I bought for my small sticker business back in March

It worked GREAT for the first few months, but now I believe the Blue is misbehaving

The prints have lines left in them, but only in the blue, green and/or purple areas, which is why I believe the blue is the problem

I've done all the cleanings, ink flush, and updates that are recommended, but it's still not printing right. In fact, it's gotten worse

If by chance you didn't get an answer:

  • Reload or redownload the printer driver.  If there's more than one on the Canon site, be sure to use the newest.
  • Be sure to use only Canon ink.  Some aftermarket brands can clog printer heads.

I'll try redownloading the driver, thanks!
As for ink, I'm still using the original ink that came with a machine, so we're all good there😁

Hopefully you have some luck there.  I recently I had to download driver twice for 2 separate issues.

Redownloading the driver worked!!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!

You're welcome and I'm glad it worked!!  : )
