If your bottom tray doesn’t close all the way in pull the whole tray out and you need to shorten it and by doing it you need to look at your tray and slightly on the left there is a black arrow (pointing at you) with a blue border around it, hold tray in your hand and not on flat surface or it won’t close…you need to slightly press on that arrow or just further in on that area and push front portion of tray in and it will close…. You’ll then find its easier to close.
