Canon Printer TR8520 Support Code 1003

Hello all, I am receiving a message Support Code 1003 when trying to print a document via wireless connection.  It tries to print, but the paper is not feeding.  However the paper will feed when making a copy.  Please help?

Verify that the remote and at-printer paper source settings are the same.
