Installed my MX922 printer a few months ago and am very happy with it, except for one issue.
The printer is on a different floor and from time to time, it completely "locks up". By that I mean the copy button light is on, the wireless light is on but none of the buttons respond. The printer is not connected to the wireless at this time either. It is just totally frozen.
The only thing I can do is to pull the power plug at the wall. After that, the printer works for a week or two.
Any solution to this problem? Since the printer is on a different floor, these lockups are really annoying.
Thanks in advance,
John

Hi zielkj,
Is your PIXMA MX922's power cord plugged into the wall outlet or is it plugged into a surge protector/power strip?

Wall. I had my previous printer in that same outlet for years with no problem.
