Canon Pixma MG7720 PGBK cartridge not printing

The PGBK cartridge on my Canon Mg7720 has stopped working.  I ran all of the cleaning and alignment processes but no joy.  When I print the test page, the PGBK line is blank.  It is a fairly new ink cartridge, and the printer does not indicate that there is a problem with the ink level.

I had the same issue, I discovered that I had not removed all the plastic from the top of the cartridge when pulling off the orange plastic. The vent hole was still covered so the ink did not get released from the cartridge.

No. Problem PGBK still not printing correctly. All other inks are ok

I wish you ould clean PGBK only insead of wasting vast amount of ink for those that are working normally.
