so I just got my printer today and this has been happening when i try and print. Ive never had any issues with my old canon. in my print preview, it even looks like this. it is brand new, out of the box and I hope it wasnt damaged before I brought it.

Greetings,
If you are seeing this in Print Preview, then your printer is fine and its simply printing what you see.
There is another issue.
What operating system are you using the printer with?
What application are you printing from?
Have you tried printing from another program?
Using different files?
