My printer will print out copies from the computer but will not make copies from the printer. When I press the copy it makes a screeching noise and stops. Any suggestions?

Based on your description the printer would require service. If the printer is still within it's 1 year warranty, please contact our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST.
If the printer is out of warranty, you have the option to take it to any local electronic repair shops in your area for service. You also qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.
