Hello,
I've had success with printing envelopes in the past with my printer (MG7120), but for some reason this time I've had NO LUCK. I'm trying to print A7 Envelopes and have used the 'envelope' setting on both standard and high quality. When I do this my text prints blurred, but the illustration on my envelopes come out crisp. It is ONLY the black return address having the issue.
When I use the 'plain paper' setting on high or standard quality, the text prints crisp and clear, just as the remainder of the design, BUT I get black smudges on the upper and lower left of the envelope.
I have seen workarounds and past discussions of adjusting the 'paper abrasion' setting, but turning that on did not fix my problem. Neither did changing the media setting to photo paper, matte paper. Support keeps saying my printer isn't registered, even though it is. So I haven't gotten to get any actual assistance with this.
Would greatly appreciate a solution. I am running out of extra envelopes...
Printing from a Mac. Thanks.
