Good day. My printers always prompt paper jam even if no paper is jammed in the machine. I bought G1020 for school ND g2020 for our house. I am very disappointed because the two printers simultaneously had that problem. I need them very badly for my work. I had them sent to canon service center in our place and nothing happened. didn't solve the problem. Is there any way that my printers work again? Please how can I solve this problem.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA GX1020 or GX2020 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue and resolve it or provide you with your available service options.
