To try and resolve the issue, please remove and reseat the ink tanks and print head in the unit by following the steps shown here.
If the print head is over on the right side and does not move into a position so that you can remove the ink tanks and print head, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, then please open the printer cover and see if you can move the print head over gently with your finger so that you can access and remove the ink tanks and print head.
If the error is still present after reseating the print head, I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer and let it sit for 60 seconds. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
