I just recently noticed that there is a grooved mark on my printed documents. It's down the whole length of the page and starts 2/3 across of a 8.5 x 11 piece of paper. It feels like two raised lines that are less than 1/4 apart from each other. It is more noticeable on back side of the paper. I have tried the clean roller option and it didn't help. I love this printer and I would hate to get rid of it because of this. I tried to take a picture of the marking, but the groove didn't show up on the photo.
