I have a Canon MX535 printer/scanner/copier. The printer is wired to my desktop, not wi-fi. I have upgraded to Windows 10. I have downloaded My Image Garden.
The scan facility is greyed out.
What do I need to do to get My Image Garden to work? I only want to scan with it!!
The previous software (EX Version?,) which I no longer have, worked wonderfully. So simple and quick.
UPDATE: As no help received here I downloaded the Scan app from the Microsoft Store. It's really simple, but best of all, it works. Hopes this helps someone else with a Canon machine!
