When I send a job to the computer it just keeps saying "Loading Preview" and it won't print the job. What should I do?

1. What program are you trying to print from?
2. What operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X)?
3. Are you able to print from other programs on your computer to the printer successfully?
4. Is the printer connected wirelessly or via USB cable?
5. Are there any error codes or messages displaying on the printer itself?
