My computer says that my MX410 is PC disconnect and won't scan but I could print. This does not make sense to me because the printer itself recognizes the computer over the wireless network and can print doc. So there seems to be a working wireless connection, at least in one direction, from the printer to the PC.
How do I get the MX410 to connected and scan save it in PC?
The PC has Windows 10. The computer is directly connected to the router Asus Merlin Firmware, we just changed router, is that the reason? before with the old router was ok.
thanks
