Hello,
My printer recently stopped working out of the blue and it keeps restarting over and over and over again in an endless loop.
Is there anyone here who is able to solve this issue? If so please reply to this post.
P.S. I have tried google searching for the answer but there were no results.
Thanks!

Sounds like Canon might be aware of the problem, but told me to buy a new printer. I did. Not a Canon.

I Have the MX490, What I did to get it working again, I had it via WiFi, turned off my router, turned off printer, turned printer back on, went into Setup, Device Settings, LAN Menu, Cahne LAN, and disactivate LAN completely, connected via USB

Okay, ran into issue again the day after using the steps that I thought "fixed" the issue (my previous reply) - turns out it was only temporary relief.
Being from Canada, I went to Canon Canada site and followed instructions to update the firmware on my printer...now appears to be fixed.
Steps can be found at: Service Notice: Canon Inkjet Printer continuous reboot
I did the firmware update via USB, steps are easy to follow - I am now printing again via WiFi with no looping!
