Canon MX 922 Faxes not being picked up

Having trouble with my new Canon MX922 not picking up all faxes.  Some come through ok, others it doesn't pick up.  I have it set for DRPD since my fax line is a double ring on my regular phone line.  My old Canon MX850 had no trouble with this same set up.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Since this issue only occurs with some faxes, additional troubleshooting will have to be done.
